Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

A: No we don’t have any minimums, you can order as many or as few hats as you’d like. We do however offer bulk discounts so the more you purchase the more you can save.

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN ITEMS?

A: For orders placed online, we only customize items that are purchased on our website. However, if you visit one of our retail custom apparel locations, like the one in Berlin, NJ. They would be more than happy to customize one of your items, after examining the item and assessing compatibility with our equipment.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

A: Shipping fees depend on the size of your order and your shipping destination. We advise that you create request a quote for an accurate shipping estimate.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Not currently, but soon!

Q: HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

A: Each order is personally customized and made for you. That means the total time from us to you can be 14 Business Days. We'll keep you updated as your order goes through the different stages of production.

Q: WHAT IS DIGITIZING/VECTORIZING?

A: Before your logo can be embroidered or printed, our artists must digitally prepare it. This process is called ‘digitizing’. We keep it on file FOREVER so you are not charged again. For print and vinyl, we convert your image to a high resolution, scalable, image format called a vector. This gives the best quality and is also stored under your name (or your organization's name) forever.

Q: HOW BIG CAN MY LOGO BE?

A: This depends on the item. Our custom product designers are specially made to give you an idea of the size/proportion available if you would like more detailed measurements, feel free to request a quote or contact our customer service!

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLE ORDERS?

A: We do provide sample orders, simply order one piece (these typically are shipped faster).

Q: CAN I COME BY TO SEE SAMPLES?

A: Yes! Leave a note that you would like to visit the Berlin location to see the sample. A customer service representative will email/call you once the item is ready for you to observe.

Q: DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

A: Of course! The more you buy, the more you save. See the chart in our product designer for more details. Repeat customers even get specially negotiated rates over time!

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We except everything from Amazon Pay to Bitcoin. Including every major credit card and Paypal. If you would like to pay cash, you can place your order through one of our retail stores as well!

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE GARMENT TO CHOOSE?

A: We have sizing charts for you to reference for all corresponding products. Message our customer service for more details.
